1. Start with a Basic Salt Cave Party. Minimum 4 people to maximum 8 people. This includes a 45min Salt Therapy only. It is $49/ person

2. Want to add Reflexology or a Sound Bath ? Reflexology can be added individually, for each member. Sound Bath and Intuitive Reading are added as a group. Please see below for pricing.

3. Call us at 615-920-5557 to book. We'll talk about the options and answer any questions you have. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking and a 20% gratuity will be applied for a group of 4 or more people. After that you're all set to PARTY!

You will have a 45 minute halotherapy in our one-of-a-kind salt cave. Minimum 4 people to maximum 8 people per session. Great for a bachelorette party detox the day after a wild night on Nashville's famous Broadway or for folks who like a more mellow time. Also great for a change of pace corporate team building event. You'll have the cave all to yourself for a truly special experience.

You can add Reflexology to the party for the additional fees below. The best of both worlds! While enjoying

salt therapy, you'll be getting an incredible reflexology treatment, which includes a short consultation afterwards.

15 min Reflexology : $45 per person (minimum 4 people)
20 min Reflexology : $60 per person

Group Sound Bath :

It will be a uniquely relaxing and spiritual experience for your group. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, a gong and other therapeutic instrument while breathing in the micro particles of salt air in the salt cave. The frequencies from the sound bath will help to harmonize your natural vibrations and energy, bringing you from a state of disharmony, manifesting as stress, anxiety and tension to a state of balance, peace and harmony that leads to ease and positive well-being. The session lasts one hour.

Group Reiki :

You can add a Group Reiki session with our owner Connie Chang who is a Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Reflexologist.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that uses energy channeled through a practitioner's hands to restore health and sense of well-being. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety, relieve pain, induce relaxation and can assist with the management of some chronic diseases. Group Reiki is done inside a hand built Himalayan salt cave which helps to promote a healing and grounded ambiance for the attendees, creating very unique and memorable experiences.

Salt and Learn! - Learn Reflexology for Everyday Stress

Have you every wondered what all the raves about the reflexology and how effective it is to assist with health and well-being?

This is a fun 60 minute class in which you will learn the main reflex points of your feet to press to alleviate stress, anxiety and boost your energy. A hands-on class where you get to practice the reflexology techniques on yourself or your loved ones. The class takes place in the beautiful salt cave. We will start with the reflexology class and end with a 45 minute salt therapy.
