SALT CAVE SESSIONS
Salt Therapy, Salt Caves and even Salt Resorts have been around in Europe for years and started where salt mines were commonly found. Our clients receive the benefits of Salt Therapy through our state-of-the-art halogenerator which turns pure pharmaceutical-grade salt into an ultra-fine mist which is released into the cave during the session.
Salt Therapy acts to cleanse the airways and the skin, which helps to relieve congestion, inflammation and skin irritations. Sessions are non-invasive and all you need to do is just breathe and relax in one of our zero gravity recliners while relaxing music plays. Salt Cave Sessions are held in a group in our Salt Cave and are 45 minutes and start on the hour. We recommend multiple sessions depending on the condition you wish to address (please see below). You don't need to bring anything although we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. For more questions, see our FAQ page.
Please Note: Salt Therapy is a complimentary treatment and does not replace any treatments people are accepting elsewhere. Please first consult a physician about any health issues you might have. For clients who might require or request privacy, individual sessions are available.
SALT THERAPY TREATMENTS
Every session of Salt Therapy can be beneficial, however multiple sessions allow many people to experience a period of remission from their conditions. Below is a list of conditions and the suggested number of consecutive session, as used in Russian clinics and health spas. These numbers are not prescribed medical standards, but rather suggested guidelines for treatments based on research (citation below). Salt and Soles clients should be attentive to their own unique needs/conditions and make decisions about treatments based on the way their bodies respond.
