Private Sound Bath in the Salt Cave

We are so excited to offer a Private Group Sound Bath in the Salt Cave!

Uniquely designed to combine the benefits of the Sound Bath, Guided Meditation and Salt Therapy !!

Step into our hand-crafted Himalayan salt cave and experience the power of letting go. We begin with guided mindful meditation and breathwork to open your energetic pathways and ground you in the present moment. From there, you will be immersed in the transformational, high-vibrational sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes—all while breathing in the therapeutic benefits of micro-fine salt therapy. Clear your mind, release what no longer serves you, and leave feeling deeply renewed.  Connie Chang is the owner of Salt and Soles and trainined and certified both in Tibetan Vibrational Sound Therapy and Integral Sound Healing. She has been practicing yoga for 23 years and also a Certified Reflexologist who has been voted as the 'Best of Nashville' in Reflexology category for four consecutive years since 2021.

What to Expect:

* Guided Meditation: Mindful breathwork to ground the body and open energetic pathways.

* Immersive Sound Therapy: Transformational frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote deep release.

* Halotherapy ( Salt Therapy) : Pure salt air benefits to clear respiratory pathways while you relax.

Private sessions start at $416 (flat rate for 1–4 guests). Contact us for groups of 5 to 7.
