Salt and Soles is the husband and wife team of Connie and John that launched their  dream business in 2017. We love Nashville and have made it our home after living in New York, Korea, Chattanooga and Philadelphia. Our interest in Salt Therapy and Reflexology sprung from a lifelong fascination with complimentary therapies. We're so blessed to be able to share what we've discovered everyday.
